About the shop
I opened Fern & Fable in 2016 after eight years designing for a large florist in Rochester. I wanted a shop where I’d know the people I was making flowers for, and Hilton was where I lived.
Mia Torres designs alongside me, and Walt Becker drives the van five days a week.

Our wedding flowers looked exactly like the proposal, down to the ribbon on the bouquets. Setup was done before the photographer arrived.
The weekly bouquet is the best $38 I spend. It’s never the same twice, and it lasts all week.
Lovely arrangements and fair prices. Parking on South Avenue gets tight on Saturdays, so I use the lot behind.
I ordered sympathy flowers from Ohio for a neighbor back home. Hannah called to check the wording on the card, and they were at the house by three.
Ordering questions
How much notice do you need?
For an everyday arrangement, order by 1 p.m. for delivery that afternoon. Sympathy pieces need a day, and weddings a few months.
Do you deliver?
Every weekday and Saturday morning, to Hilton, Parma, Greece and the towns around them, from $12. You’ll get a text when it’s been dropped off.
What does a bouquet cost?
Wrapped bouquets start at $45 and vase arrangements at $65. Most people spend $60 to $90.
Do you do weddings and funerals?
Both. Wedding consultations are free and take about an hour. For a funeral, call us or ask the funeral home; we work with most of them in western Monroe County.
Can I choose the flowers?
Yes. Name the flowers or colors you want and we’ll tell you what’s in this week. Peonies, ranunculus and lilac are spring only.
Can you match a photo I found online?
Often. Text us the picture and we’ll say which flowers we can get and what it would cost.
If something isn’t right, call me
Anything that arrives damaged or not as ordered is replaced the same day, or refunded.
